Every die made at B & H is sculpted and designed from the ground up for your specific needs and cutting applications. Using computer controlled water-jet and EDM machines to shave down production times and increase dead on accuracy. Dies are hand welded, tapped, sharpened and buffed to a mirror finish before they are packaged for delivery.
B & H also resharpens dull dies, along with repair damaged dies. Chisel locations can be moved and adjusted while in for service. Please be thorough about the issues the dull/damaged die is causing, sending a sample of the failing cuts with the die helps us focus on overlooked flaws or incorrect angles increasing wear on the cutting edge.
